Who We Are
National Mall and Memorial Parks covers 1,000 acres of parkland, 14 designated national monuments and memorials, and over 150 statues, fountains, and park reservations throughout Washington, DC. The Administrative Offices at National Mall and Memorial Parks is the center hub for receiving and sharing information, with rangers on the Mall and with the public!
What We Do
Volunteers at the administrative offices help the park function smoothly by fielding and answering questions and supporting information flow and documentation. This may include answering calls from the public, sharing information about park operations and visit planning, or supporting requests for materials around the park. Volunteers support all front desk operations and the fluctuating needs of the office!
